Chrystal-Lynn joined Shift in 2022 as the Programme Coordinator for LifeSkills Training.

She has experience facilitating the programme as well as working directly with young people in a leadership capacity. Chrystal is looking forward to educating our community about the benefits of LifeSkills and introducing it to new audiences. She is passionate about being a positive impact in her country, community and family.
